Set in a beautiful grade-II listed building, Hailey House is a warm and welcoming care home with 20 beds, offering a range of services for the elderly; respite care (including support for those with hearing, speech, or visual impairments), convalescent care, day care, and palliative care, along with specialised dementia care.

Hailey House is in the heart of Maldon, meaning it is easy for family members to take residents out to see the beautiful town. The town boasts a vibrant mix of old-world charm and modern attractions, including the Hythe Quay, where traditional Thames sailing barges are moored, and Promenade Park, a scenic riverside retreat. This wealth of experience ensures that the care we provide is of the highest quality, and it also enables them to deliver exemplary training to our staff.

“I’ve been the Home Manager at Hailey House since February 2024. I started working at Hailey House as a part-time care assistant in 1991, gaining experience and progressing to Senior Carer in 1998 and then Deputy Manager in 2015. When TCOU Group Ltd acquired Hailey House in January 2024, I was offered the role of Manager. I’m excited to be working with Danny and the team to bring positive changes and enhance the care we provide at Hailey House.”

"I’ve worked in care since I was 18, starting in the community and later in a mental health unit. Over the years, I’ve held various roles in residential care, including carer, senior carer, and Deputy Manager. I joined Hailey House in November 2021 as a Senior Carer and was promoted to Deputy Manager in April 2024. Alongside my care work, I’ve also gained experience in hospitality and retail, working in cafés, bars, and as a supervisor in a convenience store."
