TCOU (Taking Care Of You) Group LTD was established by Director Danny Sinfield whose passion for care was ignited when searching for care for an elderly relative & realised during his search that there were services out there good and bad, but felt that he could make a real difference to peoples lives and the way that Services are run.

 

At TCOU  We make it our mission to develop & implement welcoming services that offer at home and residential support for adults living with dementia and learning disabilities.  Our mission is to implement a hotel culture that provides a relaxed experience providing the highest quality care and support, where our service users are at the heart of all we do, tailoring our services to the individualised and ever-changing needs of our service users, their families, and our staff.

At times we understand the need for help and assistance isn't always 9-5 or on a 24hr basis,  We also see both sides of the situation, you as a carer, caring for a family member whilst understanding the importance of maintaining dignity, Independence, social interaction & mental stimulation for your family member, however also recognising that the downtime gives you the well deserved break that you need and allows you to recharge batteries, in order to continue to care for your loved ones.

 

Our specialist team at TCOU are here to Help! and cater for those individual needs by providing a tailored care package with a level of time and support you and your loved ones require.

We specialise in supporting individuals living with all types of dementia and our dedicated and trained team of staff are experienced in providing care and support tailored to each individual for the duration of their stay with us, including end of life care.
